A deposit equal to a one night stay is required to reserve your studio.
Reservations:
Reservations for a studio are considered temporary until a credit card number has been given to secure the studio reservation.
A two night deposit is required on a weekly rental to reserve your studio.
The balance is due upon check-in.
We accept Visa and Master Card.
Check In: 2:00 PM ---- Check Out: 11:00 AM
If you arrive early or are departing later in the day, luggage can be stored in the storage room.
You are welcome to use the property until check-in or departure.
If needed, we can provide coolers, beach chairs and beach towels to our guest.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation of studio reservations must occur two weeks prior to check-in date.
Deposits are non-refundable if cancellations are made less than two full weeks (14 days) prior to check-in date.
The credit card used for the reservation will be charged.
Last minute reservations 14 days or less must be paid in full and are non-refundable.
If the guest decides to leave early, he or she is still responsible for the remaining days of the reservation.
